According to Zappos Return Policy, you can return your items for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. The return item must be unworn, in the same condition and with original packaging. Some of the items are shipped with a security tag. The merchandise return without security tag or damaged tag may not eligible for full refund.
Return with Pre-Paid Label
- Browse the website Luxury.Zappos.com
- Click on My Account on the upper right-hand corner.
- Log in to your account with username and password.
- Click on the merchandise which you want to return and click on ‘Return Checked Item’ box.
- Confirm that your refund will go back to your original mode of payment.
- Choose the option of label displayed for immediate printing, if you unable to print emailed it or mailed to you via USPS mail. Click on ‘Return Item(s)’ at the bottom of the page.
- The next page will show the item and barcode.
- If you don’t have an original packaging, return with placing a copy of return confirmation with merchandise inside a plastic bag and place it inside the shipping box.
- In this page, you can see the immediate printing. To see your label, click on the orange link in the middle of page which says “Click here to view your return label”.
- Now print it and tape it to shipping box with clear packaging tape.
If you want the label with other option than mail, contact Zappos Luxury with mail or phone. The company send it for you. If you are unable to print out a label, the company will send it. If you don’t want to print the label, select the option of label mailed to you. If you choose USPS ‘snail mail’ option, the label took 7-10 days to reach to you.
Please make sure that merchandise is in original packaging (e.g. shoebox) and unworn and it must be in the same condition of receiving. Place it in the shipping box. Some items are shipped with security tag. The merchandise returned without security tag or damaged security tag may not eligible for a refund. Attach the label to a sealed box. Make sure that old labels covers with new one or just peel it off. Any older barcodes have to be removed.
You may drop off your package to any authorized UPS shipping location, please do not drop off your package to a drop box. You can find here UPS Service Centre near You.
Your return package may take 4-5 business days to reach at Zappos Luxury Fulfillment Centres. Your return package is inspected within 72 hours of receiving and your refund will process and automatically credited to your credit card or your original mode of payment within 7 days. Note that, your refund is depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post your account.

According to Zappos return policy, there are no return shipping charges for orders shipped to the destination of United States or its territories, or to an APO or FPO address. The UPS returns shipments must also be shipped from the United States.
