Bridesmaid dresses must be returned within 30 days of purchase receipt with valid proof of purchase with all tags attached. Note that worn or altered clothes may not be returned. The proof of purchase is a valid receipt, a packing slip or a vendor direct shipping invoice.
When you purchase an area rugs from Macy’s.com you may not be returned to stores. For online purchased area rug, pack the rug with original packaging and contact customer service at 1-800-BUY-MACY. You will be contacted in 7-10 days by a shipper to schedule a pick-up.

Gourmet food and gifts may not be returned.
