For small items, FedEx and UPS could pick it up. Fill the form and send an item to nearest IKEA store locations. Along with package attach the return packing slip, copy of receipt or order confirmation with return package.
If you want to return your product, it has to be returned to IKEA in full and resalable condition before the refund. If possible bring the original packaging.
For online purchase items, a customer has to pay for return after 14 days. If the product is faulty or mismatch, you don’t have to pay for cancellation charges.
