Forever 21 Return Policy for In-Store Purchases
Customers have 30 days to return the product from the purchase date. Customers have to note that final sale products are not eligible for refunds. The items like sale merchandise, jewelry, cosmetic items, gift cards, and online gift certificates. The items are not from the final sale are returnable with all original tags and must be unworn. The swimwear must have sanitary liners. The original return form is required for a return.

- The accounts should be credited within 2-3 weeks of the date of item ship and 4-6 weeks for international addresses. The credit will show on account statement within 1-3 billing cycles depends on customer location.
